How Are Regular Visa Fees Paid?
The Embassy’s regular visa instructions state that visa fees are accepted:

Fees are non-refundable. Paying a fee does not guarantee that a visa will be issued.
For requirements and the online application process, see India visa for Azerbaijan citizens.
Are e-Visa Fees the Same?
No. The above table concerns the Embassy’s regular visa schedule.
An Indian e-Visa uses a separate online fee structure based on:
- Nationality
- e-Visa category
- Validity
- Time of year in some tourist categories
- Online payment charges
Applicants should check the amount displayed on the official Indian e-Visa portal.
Do not send e-Visa payment to a personal bank account or an unauthorised agent.
