How to Contact Region 7 Maine Courts During the eCourts Deployment (July 2026)
Maine’s eCourts system is expanding to Judicial Region 7 (Hancock County and Washington County) on Monday, July 27, 2026. During the transition, courts will be intermittently closed — but emergency filings and critical services remain available. This guide tells you exactly who to contact, when courts are open, and how to file during closures.

Protection from Abuse filings can be emailed to region7pafilings@courts.maine.gov during business hours even when courts are closed.
