New Delhi, August 5, 2026 — Gurugram-based personal assistance and concierge platform Hulp has raised $2.6 million (approximately ₹25 crore) in a seed funding round.
The round was co-led by Sparrow Capital and BITKRAFT Ventures, with participation from DeVC (Z47) and angel investors, including Yashish Dahiya, co-founder and chairman of PB Fintech.
The company plans to use the funds to expand its AI-powered workflows across lifestyle, household, and operational management, strengthen its senior leadership team, and enhance its technology and product capabilities.
About Hulp
Founded in April 2026 by Tarun Mathur, Neha Kulwal, and Vishal Singh Khutel, Hulp operates a personal assistance and concierge platform designed for urban households. Users can delegate daily, weekly, monthly, and one-time tasks across more than 15 categories through dedicated personal assistants, supported by AI-coordinated operations.
Before launching Hulp, Tarun Mathur served as co-founder and chief business officer at PolicyBazaar (PB Fintech), where he led several business verticals.
How the Platform Works
Users can assign tasks through WhatsApp or the mobile app using voice notes. The platform currently offers services in categories such as:
- Government documentation
- Kitchen management
- Runner services
- Laundry
- Gardening
- Event bookings
- Restaurant reservations
- Travel arrangements
Hulp currently operates in Delhi, Gurugram, and Noida, and plans to expand to Mumbai, Bengaluru, Pune, Hyderabad, and Chennai. The startup is supported by a 50-member operations team that manages routine household and lifestyle tasks for its users.
