After the result, the e-Certificate and JRF award letters are issued by UGC (not NTA). For these queries:

If the helpline does not resolve your issue, escalate it through the official grievance channels:
- NTA Grievance: Use the candidate login on ugcnet.nta.nic.in → raise a query/grievance with your application details.
