Make a Difference in NoMa: Volunteer as a Mentor or Tutor with the DC Tutoring & Mentoring Initiative

Are you looking for a flexible way to support local youth in Washington, D.C.’s NoMa neighborhood? The DC Tutoring & Mentoring Initiative (DCTMI) invites you to become a mentor or tutor. You don’t need prior experience or a college degree – just a willingness to give 1-2 hours a week!

DCTMI is hosting a Coffee Hour and Information Session where you can learn all about their volunteer opportunities.

  • When: Saturday, February 21, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM (a presentation will be held from 11:20 AM to 11:45 AM)
  • Where: La Cosecha (1280 4th St NE, Washington, DC 20002)
  • What to Expect: Stop by their table, grab a coffee or drink from one of La Cosecha’s restaurants, and discover how easy it is to make a significant impact.
  • Registration: It’s free! Be sure to RSVP on Eventbrite to secure your spot.
